We Were Bought With a Price !

We were bought with a price, the precious blood of Jesus; therefore I will glorify God in my body and spirit, which are God's.
I will not use any part of me to do my own will but allow God to have his will in all my life.
I not let Satan or sin to possess, barrow or pollute my body, mind or heart, for I am God's.
Jesus is mine; the Holy Spirit is in control of every thought, act and relationship.
God is love. I Know God, He knows me; therefore agape love will be my aim and attitude.
Christ accepted me, and I accepted Him. I'll not allow any division or separation from Him.
This is my commitment to Him, for he gave his life for me, and His Spirit to me. Amen.

IS It A RISK TO HAVE FAITH IN GOD?

How firm a foundation!

On Christ the solid rock I stand!

Either I believe Jesus is the way the truth and the life, or I don’t!

Either I trust (have faith in) Jesus, God’s Son, or I don’t!

Either I choose Him and His way or I don’t!

Either I am on the way to Heaven, or I’m not!

Either I live what I say I believe or, I don’t believe!

Either I walk in the Spirit, or I don’t!

Either He lives in me, or He doesn’t!

The True Source of Peace

The true source of peace, joy and satisfaction id Jesus Christ!

Jesus says: “Come to me and I will give you rest for your souls” and “My yoke is easy and my burden is light”. He loves you. He knows all about you and loves you anyway, because you are God’s creation. He has made available to you every thing you need. He says, “ Open the door of your heart to me, trust me and I will come in and counsel with you. I will lead you into a new life. Your old desires and sins will be gone and you will be a new person pure and clean. You will be able to put away your selfish ways and let my Spirit be your guide.”

Wouldn’t you like to begin this awesome adventure with Jesus Christ now? You can enjoy the riches of His grace, the comfort of His Spirit and the power of His love today.

Pray: Jesus, I want to trust you, I want your forgiveness for my sinful life. Come, live in my heart, make me pure and make me your person.

More Than These?

More Than These?

When they had finished eating, Jesus said to Simon Peter, "Simon son of John, do you truly love me more than these?" John 21:15

I wonder if Peter could talk to us today he would say something like this:
"Jesus loved me. His focus was upon me when he went to the cross. He knew then that unless He died for me and atoned for my sin I would never understand how much He loved me. He knew if I understood that, and was willing to trust Him, and accept His love totally, He could accomplish His purpose in me. He knew all about my denials. Why wouldn't he have doubts about my total loyalty? I guess I didn't know just what he was getting at when he started this conversation. What did he mean "these"? I could see His earnestness but I felt a little hurt at his questions. But then I understood! I am now sure he meant do you love me more than "anything" Do I love him more than any persons, any ambitions, any possessions, any talents, any accomplishments, or my occupation as a fisherman, anything! I knew that Jesus, who was the Son of The Living God was saying to me:" Is there any thing or any combination of these things that keep you from giving all your love to Me? I found out on the day of Pentecost that His love in my heart is the Holy fire that cleanses my heart and when it is working through me will build the church and will bring His will to be done on earth as it is in Heaven."
